MY
ROOTS.
Every child is looking for a home in society. I found mine playing basketball. Growing up in an intercultural family, I loved how in sports, success and belonging are defined by your actions, not looks.
PURPOSE
& ROOTS.
I cannot change what is going on in your personal life - neither can anyone except yourself. The good news? My job is to create work environments in which you gain energy by effectively doing work that matters, so that when you go home, your energy can spill-over to your loved ones.

Starting off as a basketball coach at the age of 15, my passion rose to ignite high engagement levels in teams. With over 6000 hours of experience in training and strategy consulting, my goal is to foster energy, motivation, and trust. By identifying a group’s roadblocks as well as anticipated losses in change processes, I enable collaboration using approaches such as lean startup, design thinking, storytelling, community building, and collective leadership.
In 2018, I co-founded a Germany-wide network for innovation managers Feed Your Rebel, as well as my own consulting network The RainMaker Tribe in 2019. I have worked on national and international projects with European corporate teams, startups, as well as administrative teams from Lebanon, Egypt and Armenia, focussing on business- and organizational development.
I am a fellow at JoinPolitics, an expert for the EIT Culture & Creativity, and an Alumnus of the leadership program Teach First Deutschland. I hold a Master in Public Economics, Law and Politics from the Leuphana University Lüneburg and a Bachelor in Political Science from the Free University Berlin.
GIVING
BACK.
In everyone's life there are people, communities, and organizations that shape our lives. As for my own journey, I would like to point out three of them, which until today have provided an environment of trust and growth.

The Basketball-Gemeinschaft-Berlin Zehlendorf e.V. was the basketball club I began my journey as a player and later on as a trainer. Not only does the club shape talents from all over Berlin, but we also organize one of Europe's largest basketball tournaments with 2.000 active players on the Pentecoast weekend every year.

One of the most inspiring leadership journeys I've been on was the fellowship at Teach First Deutschland. Two years as a change maker in a school shaped my perspective on our educational system as well as on society. With over 800 Alumns today, our community is engaging with every layer of society: From schools to administration, politics, and the economy.

Last but not least JoinPolitics, a talent incubator for people going into the political arena. It is a great honor to be a part of this community, shaping our democracy via supporting candidates from all democratic parties.
